One thing I really enjoy and find quite therapeutic - is doing Nail Art with my daughter. Miss B has really nice, long nails to paint, unlike mine, so every now and again we pull out her nail polish collection, choose a design or get creative and have some quality Mother Daughter time. We started this little tradition before Master M arrived and we still do it to this day.
This is how I store Miss B's Nail Polish (Sistema Craft Organiser)
Here are some examples of the funky designs that I have done with Miss B.

We are almost at the end of our Advent Calendar...Miss B has really enjoyed completing the different activities this year...we will definitely be doing this again. Check out what we did for Day 19, 20 & Day 21. Day 19 - Make Reindeer Food There are so many reindeer food poems & recipes available online to choose from. This is what we did - just using items we had at home. You will need: Rolled Oats Sprinkles (choice is yours) Cellophane bag or an empty baby food jar Ribbon (for decoration) Reindeer Food Poem

What have you got left to do before Christmas Day?
Before Master M arrived, Miss B and I started this little tradition, that I paint her nails a funky colour or design on a Sunday afternoon, hence the name - Sunday Nail Art! It's our special mother/daughter activity that allows us to sit down for half an hour or so and have a little gossip session while Miss B gets pampered (it should be the other way around ha!). I enjoy it though, I find it quite therapeutic painting her nails - especially when it's a tricky design - I do love a challenge! Miss B already has a good collection of nail polish and accessories at the young age of 9! This is how I store her nail polish. She also has another container for her accessories (Storage: Sistema Klipo Organiser).
Here are the designs for November! (so far)
Which design do you like the best?

Today Miss B got to choose a new nail polish colour - Jordana Rock Pink. It is bright and beautiful - the photo really doesn't do it justice. Add a bit of Chevron & Gold to the mix and now Miss B has some amazing GLAM nails - Ready to take on the School Holidays :)
