What's been happening?
Master M has a new tooth - tooth #7 - it actually kind of snuck up on us. Although, he wasn't feeling or looking too good on Tuesday so I stayed at home with him (I usually work on Tuesdays). We had lots of cuddles which is always really nice, don't you think? Master M is also getting more confident with his walking - he looks so cute! (I love this developmental age).
Miss B is counting down to her very special holiday to Australia next weekend. She's heading to the Gold Coast with my parents, brother and sister-in-law and then my niece and nephew will join them. So this week we will be getting Miss B ready and her bag packed! She is super excited and I am very jealous!
Update on House:
The person that came for a second view was really interested in the house (which was great), and she put an offer on the table (which is fantastic), the offer is still on the table, and currently being negotiated. We had another Open Home today which brought in potential buyers that absolutely LOVE the house, in fact one group is coming back tomorrow...I am hopeful that we have a buyer soon and that we can put a SOLD sticker on our marketing board outside. (Will keep you posted)
I must say...we are really good at getting the house ready for an Open Home. Inside and outside looks amazing - my partner and I are really committed to giving potential buyers a great first impression. So HIGH 5 to us!
THIS WEEK ON #FMSPHOTOADAY
I started the week off with a bang - my photo for prompt AFTER was featured in the FAB FIVE via #FMSPhotoaday Facebook Group. It totally made my day as it is such an honour to have one of my photos chosen.

I hope you get your house sold quickly! You give me hope, even though I know ours is a long way from ready!! I am really hoping to get a lot of work done this summer when my job is a bit more flexible.
ReplyDeleteooo fingers crossed on the sale chick. So close I bet you can practically smell it. Now as for that after photo - OMG memories. Gorgeous memories xx
