Taking Stock - April 2015

Each month I am inspired by Pip from Meet Me At Mikes to write a blogpost about "Taking Stock". I really enjoy reflecting on the things that are happening in my life. I can't believe April is almost done and dusted - it's ridiculous = time sure does fly when you're having fun.

Taking Stock - April 2015
Making: Banana bread

Waiting: for Master M's tooth to cut through...
Liking: being #inthepicture with my kids

Wondering: if my partner is going to wash the dinner dishes...
Loving: WE SOLD OUR HOUSE - Let's Celebrate
Pondering: whether or not we will be having our family photos done this weekend (weather pending)
Buying: uggboots (ready for the colder months ahead)

Watching: Fast & Furious 7. WOW.
Hoping: I get some sleep tonight

Marvelling: at all the creative DIY projects over at Grillo Designs
Needing: to find a place in 6-8 weeks eek!

Cringing: packing up the house!
Questioning: Where do I start to pack? Any tips?
Smelling: Roast - so good
Wearing: my new uggboots

Following: Teacher Types & Adore Cherish Love
Noticing: my post F is for Fun & Fabulous Mother & Daughter Date Ideas post was featured on Crazily Normal - totally made my day!
Knowing: Tooth #8 has cut through (poor son)
Thinking: about all the men and women who served and lost their lives in Gallipoli during the World War 1. You will never be forgotten. "Lest We Forget". And honouring those who returned.

They shall not grow old, as we that are left to grow old; Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

    1. I love Uggboots, especially when I get for only $20 (on sale from $35). They are super comfy and very warm!

  3. Love this! I always forget that you are in a totally different part of the world! It is Spring her and getting warmer rather than colder. As for the packing, start with the non-essentials (pictures, trinkets, candles, clocks, decorative stuff) :-)
